Service Terms
You must have qarbo*gas cylinders to exchange when ordering refills. If you do not yet have cylinders you can order them here.
Delivery failure: Our team will contact to you confirm a delivery window. If your empty cylinders are not available at the time of delivery, we will not be able to leave your full cylinders and you will need to reschedule the delivery here which will incur a $20 delivery fee.
If you joined the Exchange Program prior to October 2025, where you didn't purchase the cylinders outright (ie did not provide empty cylinders on the first order, the cylinders remain the property of Twenty 39. Our arrangement permits a rental duration of up to 4 months before a exchange. A charge of $20 per cylinder will be charged for any cylinders not returned after this period.
