Refund policy

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


If you are unsatisfied with your qarbo or other purchase from Twenty 39 Pty Ltd. for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.


To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer support team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, email qarbosupport@twenty39.com.au
  • Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  • All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
  • The Product must be shipped with a Twenty 39 shipping label.
  • Only one (1) qarbo per RMA request. Only one (1) qarbo per RMA shipping package. 
  • Twenty 39 reserves the right to refund your purchase without the customer returning the product.
