Q. What are your XMAS 2023 delivery cutoff dates?

A. We've been informed by Auspost that these are their cutoff dates. Please note that you have to select Express Post at checkout if ordering past the the Parcel Post dates.

Q. What CO² cylinders/cartridges do you use for qarbo?

A. This is the big one. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to include a CO² cylinder with the main unit. However they are readily available.

To make it easy, we chose to use standard CO2 60 litre cylinders (except those that don't have a screw thread, eg Sodastream Pink cylinders). They are easy to find and inexpensive to refill. With normal use, they can last 2-3 weeks.

Simply type "60l co2 cylinder exchange" into your favourite internet search engine/bar/browser* and pick the location that suits you best.

Note: There is a difference between the thread standards in Australia and New Zealand versus the USA and rest of the World. Make sure you buy the right qarbo main unit for your country.

Q. What are the qarbo Bottles made of and why?

A. The Bottles are made from PET and are BPA-free. Due to the constant pressurisation, they have an expiry date of 2 years from date of first use. Due to the higher pressures arising from carbonating more than just water, currently available glass bottles don’t meet the safety standards that we’ve set for safe operation.

Q. How fizzy are the drinks and what can you fizz in a qarbo?

A. Here’s the best part about qarbo. You are in control. You control the level of carbonation - for more fizz just depress the Injector Head a few more times. You also decide what you want to fizz. qarbo’s unique Aircharge™ and Airplus Injection Caps allows you to slowly release excess pressure that comes from carbonating liquids other than water. Traditional soda makers only allow you to fizz water.

Q. Where do your products come from?

A. Every Twenty-39 product is designed in Australia by a small Australian company based in Victoria. We then pick the best factory to make the product to our specifications.

For example, qarbo CLASSIC is made in China at the only factory that has the capability of producing the unique Aircharge™ Injection Cap. To ensure our standards are met, we employ independent inspectors to test every batch. It’s all part of our Twenty-39 promise.

Also, our syrups are made in Daylesford, Victoria, for the very same reason.

Q. What is our Returns Policy?

A. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, if it’s not what you expected and we will give you a refund or replacement. We stand by our products. We also have a 3-year industry leading warranty.

Q. Shipping

A. Purchases over $50 get free anywhere in Australia and in metro areas worldwide. However, as gas deliveries are by courier, a flat rate of $12 applies.
