If you are new to the service and don't yet have any cylinders to exchange, you can order them here and then exchange them as normal.

Note: We're currently delivering to Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Please use the Postcode Checker to determine if we service your area. If you'd like to be notified when we're able to deliver to your postcode, click here.

Gas cylinders are delivered by courier (not Australia Post). Usual delivery times are 1-2 business days.

Service Terms
1. You must have qarbo*gas cylinders to exchange when ordering refills. If you do not yet have cylinders you can order them here.

2. Delivery failure: Our team will contact to you confirm a delivery window. If your empty cylinders are not available at the time of delivery, we will not be able to leave your full cylinders and you will need to reschedule the delivery here which will incur a $20 delivery fee.

3. If you joined the Exchange Program prior to October 2025, where you didn't purchase the cylinders outright (ie did not provide empty cylinders on the first order, the cylinders remain the property of Twenty 39. Our arrangement permits a rental duration of up to 4 months before a exchange. A charge of $20 per cylinder will be charged for any cylinders not returned after this period. If you need to extend this period please contact us at qarbosupport@twenty39.com.au

qarbo*gas cylinders are delivered in our twin pack boxes. Each Twin pack contains 2 cylinders. Wehen order more than 2 cylinders, multiple twin packs are delivered.

Please keep your twin pack boxes for your empty cylinders.

qarbo*gas cylinders should only be transported by ground.
