Post COVD-19 Effects to Delivery Times

We make sure we look after our customers at every turn, especially in the after sales area. Quick shipping is something we've always prided ourselves on. There is nothing more frustrating than waiting weeks for a product to arrive. 

To make sure that your Twenty-39 product arrives in as quick a time as possible, we've setup a local warehousing and despatch solution that ensures that you'll receive your product in 2 to 3 business days across Australia.

However, Auspost has currently advised that our Australian deliveries have seen a significant downgrading of delivery times.

Standard Parcel Delivery is around 10 to 15 working days.
Express Post is 7 to 10 working days.

For gas cylinder deliveries, we are looking at within 3 business days for VIC and NSW. For WA deliveries, we're looking at within 4 working days.

We sincerely apologise for these delays but rest assured, we are monitoring all deliveries and will update these delivery times as they change.
