Ingredients
- 4 white marshmallows (Optional)
- 4 maraschino cherries (Optional)
- 4 pink marshmallows (Optional)
- 1 lime wedge
- 70gms coconut flakes or dessicated coconut
- 40gms quartered red glacé cherries
- 100ml Malibu Caribbean rum with coconut flavour
- 40ml coconut syrup
- 100ml qarbo˚syrups - MIXED BERRY
- 560ml Cold Water
Directions
- (Optional) Thread 1 white marshmallow, 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pink marshmallow onto a short skewer.
- Repeat to make 4 skewers.
- Place coconut on a plate.
- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of 4 martini glasses.
- Dip in coconut to coat the rim.
- Place quartered cherries in the base of prepared glasses.
- Add Malibu rum, coconut syrup, qarbo syrup and cold water into your qarbo bottle.
- qarbonate as desired.
- Garnish with optional skewers.
- Or even a wedge of pineabble.

Mocktail Tip: Replace rum with a non-alcoholic substitute like Lyre's White Cane Spirit.
