Summer, sunset, leisurely Aperol Spritz in hand. Our take on the classic Italian cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy a warm evening. The Pinkiy Aperol Spritz is refreshing and easy to make, with just a few ingredients that is also ultra-customizable - you can swap out the Prosecco for another sparkling wine (or even a non-sparking wine like a Pinot Gris), or add a splash of soda water if you like. The splash of the qarboËšsyrup Pink Grapefruit adds an extra citrus kick.

Ingredients

390 ml White Wine (Sparkling Wine or Prosecco works too)

210 ml Aperol
-
50ml qarboËšsyrup Pink Grapefruit

150 ml Water

Grapefruit slice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your qarbo, add water.
- Give it a quick shake.
qarbonate to your desired fizz level, slowly release gas.
- Pour over ice.
- Add garnish.
Mocktail Tip
Mocktail tip: Substitute White Wine with 80 ml Apple Cider Vinegar and 320 ml White Grape Juice.
