The Pinkiy Aperol Spritz is refreshing and easy to make, with just a few ingredients that is also ultra-customizable - you can swap out the Prosecco for another sparkling wine (or even a non-sparking wine like a Pinot Gris), or add a splash of soda water if you like. The splash of the qarbo˚syrup Pink Grapefruit adds an extra citrus kick.
